The 2022 operational budget for the Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel (ONE) is €1,020,000.
State funding, together with support from ONE’s primary Charity Partner, The Leopardstown Park Hospital Trust, along with contributions from the residents of its homes towards their food and lodgings equates to approximately €650,000.
This leaves a funding gap of €370,000.
ONE’s key challenge is to bridge this funding gap through its fundraising initiatives.
One of these initiatives is the Charity Donation Scheme. This scheme allows ONE to claim a refund of the tax paid on individual donations of €250 or more in a year.
