ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Captain Kieran Friel, Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of the Air Corps and Aer Lingus. On January 17th 2017, peacefully, surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at the Mater Private Hospital. Beloved husband of Frances, dear father of Ciara, Michael, Ellen and Anna and son of Dannie and the late Olive.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, father, brothers Donal and Brendan, sister Mary, brothers-in-law Jim, Séamus, John, Bobby, James and Tony, sisters-in-law Helen, Nora, Mary, Anne, Éilis and Niamh, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and his wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Friday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm. Removal to the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11 am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery, Lucan. Family flowers only please.
