ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Major General Charles J. McGuinn, Old Leighlin Road, Leighlinbridge, Carlow. Suddenly and peacefully on Friday, 12th August 2016. Predeceased by his beloved daughter Hilary, loving husband of Ella and much loved father to Berna & Elaine. Deeply regretted by his loving sons-in-law Len, David & Simon, precious grand-children Mary-Kate, Patrick, Hannah & Caroline Roche, Charles & Isobel Lorigan, Conor, Eleanor & Aidan Akester, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in his home from 2pm to 5pm on Saturday with removal to St. Lazerian’s Church, Leighlinbridge for 7.30pm Mass. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 11am and burial in Leighlinbridge Cemetery.
