ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Lieutenant Colonel John P. (Jack) O’Donoghue of Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, and formerly of Athlone and Cahirsiveen. Peacefully, on May 4th, 2017 in the wonderful care of The Blackrock Hospice. Beloved husband of Margaret, who died recently on April 18th, and loving father of Maria, Clíodhna, Donncha, Dairíne, Áine, John and Mairéad. Sadly missed by his grieving family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, his thirteen treasured grandchildren, sisters Treasa, Eileen and Bernadette, brothers Fr Jim and Martin, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing on Saturday evening, May 6th, from 3pm to 5.30pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown. Funeral Mass on Monday morning, May 8th, at 10am in St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown followed by Cremation in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
