Colonel Adrian Ryan, Deputy General Secretary of the Representative Association of Commissioned Officers, retires from the Defence Forces on 30 August. Colonel Ryan's retirement presentation will take place in the Officers' Mess, McKee Barracks, Dublin, on Wednesday 03 September 2014 at 1630 hours.
Adrian’s many colleagues and friends in ARCOIreland, who will be familiar with his valuable contribution to representation, will wish to be associated with the occasion.
