ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Major General Patrick J. (Pat) Carroll. On Monday, 13 August, in his 94th year; dearly beloved husband of the late Imelda and exceptional father to Bryan (Scotland), Liam (Limerick), Pat (London), Mary Kingston, Maeve Carroll and Anne Ó Máille; sadly missed by his loving daughters and sons, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nineteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, brothers Aidan and Eamonn, sisters Margaret Tupman and Vera Shanley, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Garrison Church, Renmore on Wednesday 15th August from 5 pm to 7 pm. Requiem Mass at 12 noon on Thursday, 16th August, at the Church of St. Oliver Plunkett, Renmore. Funeral after Mass to the new cemetery, Bohermore.
