ARCO members should note that access to the Payroll Self Service has now been fully restored for all National Shared Services Office (NSSO) customers. This means that members, who use the online payroll service portal, can again access their Pension Payslips electronically.
As the full self‑service functionality is now available, the temporary payslip request email address is no longer in place.
When logging into your NSSO account, it is likely you will be asked to change your password: https://www.nsso.gov.ie/en/services/access-the-payroll-portal/
Please note also that a PeopleXD software patch is due to be applied to the NSSO system from 2221 hrs to 2321 hrs on Wednesday 11th of February 2026. Access will be unavailable during this time.
