IMPORTANT NOTICE for PTSB customers regarding November military pension payment

The Department of Defence has provided The Association of Retired Commissioned Officers with the following information:

  • The National Shared Services Office (NSSO), the payroll provider for military pensions, has been advised by PTSB that there was a delay in processing the payment of the November military pension payments due to be lodged to those members whose pensions are paid through their PTSB customer accounts.
  • The NSSO has been advised that PTSB has now processed all payments, and these should be in customers’ PTSB accounts.
  • However, the PTSB app is not currently accessible and so customers may not be able to verify this.
