ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Commandant Gerard (Gerry) Williams (Air Corps), of Desmond Lodge, Lough Gur, County Limerick on the 24th May 2015 at the Blackrock Clinic after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Trish. Dearly loved father of Jennifer, Shauna and David. Sadly missed by his father Paddy, sisters Patricia, Miriam, Margaret and Joan, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and a large circle of friends. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Limerick on Tuesday evening from 5pm to 6.30pm followed by removal to St Patrick’s Church, Lough Gur. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am followed by Cremation Service at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin at 4pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Milford Care Centre. A special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Florence Nightingale Unit at Blackrock Clinic for their exceptional care of Gerard during his illness.
