ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the deathe of Commandant Gerard Vincent Daly, of Cork and Limerick, on March 9th 2014 peacefully at his daughter’s residence, Ballyhooley Road. Dearly loved husband of the late Joan (nee Long), loving father of Brian, Emer, Deirdre, Barbara, Lesley, Valerie and Niall. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons in-law, daughters in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Lying in repose at the Coburg Street Funeral Home of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. Removal at 6pm on Tuesday to St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield. Requiem mass at 2pm on Wednesday. Cremation afterwards at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Marymount Hospice.
