ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Colonel Aidan Lernihan, a member of 18 Cadet Class (1944-1946), of Rathfarnham, Dublin. Peacefully, on Friday 25th October 2019 at St. James’s Hospital. Beloved husband of Maureen and much-loved father of Declan, Colm and Una. He will be sadly missed by his family, sisters Frances and Phil, son-in-law Frank, daughter-in-law Annita, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his home on Sunday evening, 27th October, between 5.00 and 8.00 pm. Removal on Monday morning, 28th October, to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham arriving at 10.50 am for Funeral Mass at 11.00 am followed by cremation at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only please.
