It is important that members notify their intention to attend in advance to the Hon Sec not later than Friday 26th September as failure to do so may cause security problems at the point of entry to McKee Barracks. Coffee will be available in the Officers' Mess at 1045 hrs and lunch will be provided after the meeting.
