This is an important notice for ARCO members
The National Shared Services Office (NSSO), which operates the online payroll services used by public servants, including military pensioners, has confirmed that the online service was taken offline due to a security alert. It is understood this has been the case since the end of last week.
It stated “The NSSO has temporarily removed access for its customers to its online payroll service as a precautionary measure only. The matters relate to a security notification from a service provider and are not related to any cyber incident.”
ARCO understands that access to the NSSO payroll system has now been restored for the majority of users. However, retirees still cannot access Payslips at this time. If ARCO members require access to their Payslips, they can email the NSSO at paysliprequest@nsso.gov.ie This email address will be available until the issue is resolved.

The payment of pensions due on Friday, 30th January is unaffected by this issue. This includes ARCO members who use the online payroll service portal.
