ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Commandant Gerald C. (Gerry) Newman on 13 May 2014 (peacefully) at Newpark Care Centre, The Ward. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth and the late Kathryn, father-in-law of the late Liam Rodgers and grandfather of the late James. Sadly missed by his daughter Edith, his sons Brian, Ciaran, Gerry, David, Tom and Harry, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Reposing on Thursday evening, in Newpark Care Centre from 4pm to 5pm. Removal on Friday morning to The Church of St John the Evangelist, Kilbarrack, to arrive for 11.30am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards to Balgriffin Cemetery. Enquiries to McCormack’s Funeral Directors, Palmerstown Tel 01 6269015.
