ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Lieutenant Colonel Martin Cafferty (late of the Defence Forces Legal Service) of Woodmeadow, Dunshaughlin, County Meath and formerly of Collooney, County Sligo. Peacefully, on Saturday 4th May 2019, surrounded by his family and the staff at Kilbrew Nursing Home. Predeceased by his wife Mary. Martin will be very sadly missed by his loving son Mark and daughter Sally, his grandchildren Oscar, Ciarán, Max, Lucy, Eric, Anya and Andrew, his son in law, daughter in law, his brother Frank (Ballina County Mayo) and his sister Áine (New York), his brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the family home in Dunshaughlin (A85 X729) on Tuesday from 5-8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10:30am to the Church of S.S. Patrick and Seachnall, Dunshaughlin arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
