ARCOIreland regrets to inform its members of the death of Brigadier General Patrick A. (Pat) Cranfield, late of Blackrock and recently of Vergemount, Clonskeagh, Co. Dublin. Died on December 27, 2014, peacefully, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Darling husband of Dara, loving Dad of Sharon, Fiona, Carol, Patrick and Stephen, father-in-law of David, Bernard, Eamon and Jenny, adored Grandad of Matthew, Jessica and Sara, Eoin, Conor, Niall and Shauna, Hannah, Emma, James and Megan, Sommer and Jamie Patrick, Lauren, Nicole and Finn and loving brother of Tom, Sally and John. He will be deeply missed.
Reposing at his home on Monday evening (Dec. 29) from 6-8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Blackrock, arriving at 10.50am for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland, can be made at the church.
